Focus

My applied research examines the social and cognitive outcomes of learning, with a focus on the future skills people need in a complex, changing world of work, such as critical thinking, reflection, collaboration, and sound judgment. One strand studies cognitive development through case writing: using the TRACE pedagogy, learners turn real stories of organizational change into structured cases, building analytical depth and linking theory to practice. A second strand examines how individuals and teams make decisions during organizational and learning interventions using DC-RAID and other supported methods such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. My aim is to produce practical evidence that helps educators and organizations design learning that builds future skills.
