I am a doctoral researcher focusing on didactic transposition. My research takes place in an applied setting where industrial intervention meets theoretical rigor. I study how emerging professionals develop cognitively through the didactic process, including higher-order thinking, decision-making, and creativity. I hold a bachelor’s degree, a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management, and a master’s degree in International Management and Sustainability.

Since 2023, I have worked full-time as a Project Lead and contributed directly to the concept development, writing, and submission of three research projects (CROSS-CASE, PMA, and MIND), with a combined value of €1.6 million. For four years, I have taught in bachelor’s and master’s programs. My courses include Organizational Development, Sustainable Business Development, International Business Case Studies, International Human Resource Management, Career & Competency Development, Coaching and Mentoring, Organizational & Social Psychology, Management Audit, and Managerial Decision Making. Through my research and teaching, I bring practical industry experience into academic work on how people learn and how organizations develop.

Before moving into academia, I spent 12 years in industry (2010–2022), including more than six years in management roles in people and organizational development. During that time, I led five projects that established sustainability and quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 17025, OEKO-TEX, SEDEX, GRS, and Total Quality Management. I was responsible for implementing these projects, delivering the necessary training, setting and achieving goals, and conducting audits. I also worked as an ISO 9001 auditor and was a Certified KPI Specialist (CKPIS). My core strengths include HR management and organizational change management.

I design and deliver management development workshops. These hands-on workshops help new and emerging managers build core management skills. Topics include setting goals and objectives with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, decision-making during change and intervention processes using DC-RAID, and critical thinking through TRACE case writing based on real stories of organizational change. I also use team-building methods such as the Maze and the Blind Octagon to strengthen trust, communication, and collaboration.
